The property is available for a minimum period of seven nights (Saturday to
Saturday) in High Season ie. July/August. Three days minimum at other times.
In consideration of the majority
of our guests, we are unable to accept pets.
Special rates are available for Christmas, New Year and week-end breaks. Please ask
about availability of required dates.
Bed linen and towels are available at extra
cost.
Directions by road to the house and useful local information will be supplied prior
to the start of your holiday
Groceries and supplies can be provided at the start
of your holiday if details are supplied and their cost included in final
payment.
NO CANCELLATIONS are accepted once final payment has been made and should I fail to relet a cancelled booking the FULL RENT will be required.
I therefore advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover any eventuality.
